First off if I could give 0 stars I would! I took my car there for an inspection a couple days ago and it was very quick and inexpensive. First red flag that came up was they told me that I needed to have 3 light bulbs replaced to pass the inspection (didn't ask before replacing by the way) and since ""he didn't want to fail me for that they just went ahead and put them in for me"" so since I woulda had them put them in anyways I told him as long as they weren't 10$ bulbs that would be fine. He told me that they were 99 cents a piece so I didn't think anything of it until he gave me my total. He said ok sir your total comes to 36$ and some change. I said 36$ I thought you said the inspection was 16$ and the bulbs were 99 cents a piece?!! he said well....it was an extra 19$ to put in your bulbs. so I said whatever, i'm trying to stay calm at this point and really just wanted to get outa there and never go back again. THEN, on my way home my check engine light comes on....Now I've always done my own work on all my cars and I found it really strange that the one time I take my car to someone I dont know this all of a sudden happens. I called them back and told them I had just left the place and now my engine light was on and Charles says hmmmm thats a really strange coincidence why don't ya bring it back. So I did, and they tried to tell me that my thermostat was bad and that it needed to be replaced. He then said youjust want us to throw an new one in there for you real quick? I told them no and left. I then took my car home and unplugged the battery to reset the computer and waited 5 minutes. Then I plugged the battery back in and let the car run for roughly 15 minutes and no light....Have been driving for a couple days and the engine isn't running any hotter than normal and still no light.....What a bunch of crooked derelicts! Please if your looking to get work done on your vehicle and are looking for places to go or considering this place, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
