DON""T GO HERE!!! these guys ruined my engine.. long story short, went there for some maintenance work on my 2004 subaru, including oil change, tire rotation, etc. also asked them to ""top off"" the air conditioning freon, as the AC was running warm and it was June and summer was here. They told me the compressor was shot and it would be about $1000. I asked them to just do the tires and oil and forget the Freon....had my brother-in-law mechanic check it out and he confirmed that the compressor was fine, and topped it off...AC worked great all summer, but then some weeks later my check engine light came on and we checked and guess what...they drained the oil, but never replaced it with new oil....so my engine ran without oil for some time..it killed the engine...of course, there was no way to prove it but they were the only ones to work on it other than my brother-in-law....the engine was shot...estimate $4-5000 to replace! Never again! they're crooks... more

First off if I could give 0 stars I would! I took my car there for an inspection a couple days ago and it was very quick and inexpensive. First red flag that came up was they told me that I needed to have 3 light bulbs replaced to pass the inspection (didn't ask before replacing by the way) and since ""he didn't want to fail me for that they just went ahead and put them in for me"" so since I woulda had them put them in anyways I told him as long as they weren't 10$ bulbs that would be fine. He told me that they were 99 cents a piece so I didn't think anything of it until he gave me my total. He said ok sir your total comes to 36$ and some change. I said 36$ I thought you said the inspection was 16$ and the bulbs were 99 cents a piece?!! he said well....it was an extra 19$ to put in your bulbs. so I said whatever, i'm trying to stay calm at this point and really just wanted to get outa there and never go back again. THEN, on my way home my check engine light comes on....Now I've always done my own work on all my cars and I found it really strange that the one time I take my car to someone I dont know this all of a sudden happens. I called them back and told them I had just left the place and now my engine light was on and Charles says hmmmm thats a really strange coincidence why don't ya bring it back. So I did, and they tried to tell me that my thermostat was bad and that it needed to be replaced. He then said youjust want us to throw an new one in there for you real quick? I told them no and left. I then took my car home and unplugged the battery to reset the computer and waited 5 minutes. Then I plugged the battery back in and let the car run for roughly 15 minutes and no light....Have been driving for a couple days and the engine isn't running any hotter than normal and still no light.....What a bunch of crooked derelicts! Please if your looking to get work done on your vehicle and are looking for places to go or considering this place, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! more

My Mother has gone here multiple times, and has been ripped off the same number of times. I tell her not to go here, but she likes it because it is close. I think I finally convinced her after they failed her for inspection, for a problem that does not fail. I am a mechanic and I find this place sickening. This store gives mechanics a bad name. They caused the problem on my mom's car that they failed it for, and wanted to perform work on it that it didn't need. They are crooks, and WON'T address your concerns. They just want your money and will not admit when they are wrong... SICKENING! more

One of the worst auto services I've been to. Not only were their prices outrageously expensive, but they also messed up my windshield wiper. They charge so much for labor and the car parts which could easily be bought at ebay for a fraction of cost. Even regret going to them for a diagnostic check($50) which was free at Pepboys. Avoid them, go sumwhere else!! more

First i'd like to say that this is my second time posting a review; the first is "mysteriously" missing. I went for an inspection at 2431 Main Street. I want to warn customers about dealing with this site. They sell you things you don't need. George Vergos did all of the selling; so if you go here, at least make sure he doesn't try to jack the prices up- he was very dishonest with me. When i looked at my bill, they charged me for brake cleaner! If your check engine light is on-go to auto zone-they'll scan it for free; i paid $ 95.00 because i didn't know about auto zones services at the time. In short, George will tell you that you need all kinds of things you don't need to pass your insection. Buyer beware! more

I went in MR. TIRE in Niagara Falls New York I had a flat tire and little money it was very hot out side they let my dog wait in the waiting room they gave me a tire in my budget i had it for 9 months with out know problemly thank you mr tire Pros: mr. tire will help you with in your budget more

Recently had my car inspected at this location. I feel like they tried to jerk me around. The estimate to get my car to pass a NYS inspection was ridiculous! I believe they were rushing and not taking the time an honest mechanic would. For example: One of my brakes was not working properly. They wanted to replace the rotor, caliper and pads. The quote was just over $700. With a little investigating on my own part I realized the only thing wrong was the break pad mount. The whole thing cost me $103. That is a big difference!! Also, they actually missed two things on my car that another mechanic caught while inspecting it, which again reaffirms the rush job. A minor problem I had before I brought my car here is now a major problem! I used to add 1/2 bottle power steering fluid a week. Now it takes less than a day to drain 2 bottles. (coincidence?) And when they deny an inspection they must enter the reason into a computer. They entered the wrong info so now I can only go b more

I HAD MY CAR RE-TIRED FOR UNDER $400. My family car a Ford Freestyle was desparate for new rubber and I was able to put the correct tire on for a reasonable price. Great service was provided by John and Dennis who knew exactlt what we needed. more

I bought a new set of tires here for my truck- They had great prices and sold me on the extended hazard like warranty. Not too long ago I ran into a curb and blew my tire out-- I was able to replace that tire for a small fee- due to having the hazard warranty on these tires. People are great to work with also. I have recommended this tire place to many others. I have never had an repair work done here--- just new tires. more

most time they show you a quote after they check your car. They only charge a small fee for checking your car, if you do want to have problem fix there. Sometime they charge nothing if it's a quick check. They are fair and do great work for you. They are very friendly people. They really take care of their customers. more

I have found that some newer members of the sales staff at the Millersort location are more interested in beefing up their commission than in performing necessary repairs. I was told that I needed brake rotors and pads for my 2002 Explorer which had only 24000 miles.I asked how long I had until they were completely gone and was told ""less than 500 miles"". I checked them myself and the rotors looked new and the pads were less thank 1/2 worn. Today I took my vehicle to a Ford dealer for inspection and the brakes are fine. I never had this type of problem with Noel or Dave. more
