Review content:
Emerald is not the least expensive inspector in town, however when inspecting most people's largest investment, saving a few bucks on a home inspection is not where you should try to save money. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and Emerald is worth every penny. Dan inspected a 500k home for my clients and through his knowledge of construction noticed a few builder errors and made strong recommendations to have the issues looked at by a licensed contractor who specializes in the area of concern and gave us several recommendations. By bringing these issues to my clients attention it saved them over $30,000 in repairs that if not caught during the inspection, my clients would have been responsible for the remedies. We ended up negotiating repairs being completed by the seller prior to closing on the home! Thank You Dan!
