Dan Temple at Emerald Inspection is the best in the biz! No hyperbole here-- we wouldn't dream of using anyone else. We used him for our first home purchase 6 years ago and were very impressed. Dan is so experienced and so knowledgeable. He gives you a binder with all the photos and notes and arrows to everything he mentioned to you during the inspection, which is important because you will never remember all of it (he also sends you a PDF, but it's so nice to have a hard copy to look through once you start tackling repairs). We were just as impressed and happy with the service the second time around we when bought our new place this summer. We had the interesting opportunity to see a previous inspection of the same home (first buyers backed out), and Dan's inspection report was vastly superior to the first guy's. No comparison. Use Emerald Inspection-- you will not be disappointed.
