Doctor Reed is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. He listens intently and offers lots of advice and input, and he gives you a thorough understanding of what you need and what he recommends. Other dermatologists I have consulted in the past have all basically told me "live with it, you have fair skin, that's how it is, you'll get spots and freckles, sorry". Dr. Reed told me exactly what each spot was, why I had it, and gave me several options for treatment. And he was legitimately compassionate and understanding about my squeamishness and low pain tolerance. Love him already.
