Dr. Reed is an exceptional medical professional. His work is flawless and his bedside manner is stellar. I'm always very comfortable with him. I always tell friends and colleagues to "be careful, it's your face", but I am completely confident in giving Dr. Reed my full trust and total carte blanche with my face. His extensive experience and exemplary education make his work perfect. I'm a perfectionist and a "nit-picker", and I love Dr. Reed because he is too. My skin has never looked better. more

What a crew they have here! A+!! 11/24/2016

I was nervous and apprehensive to say the least about my surgical appointment. I had a "sty" on my eyelid most of my life, and knew it was time to have it removed. Every staff member at DermASAP, from front desk to medical assistants to Dr. Reed himself made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I was super nervous and they honestly changed the whole experience around for me! And, most importantly I suppose, my eye looks incredible with zero scaring or defect. What a crew they have here! A+!! more

The most professional and organized office I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. You never feel rushed and they always have your concern with your care. The medical assistants explain everything and Dr. Reed reviews everything so you leave his office with a great feeling. I would highly recommended this office for your skin care. more

My appointments with the PA, Sam Cohen, have been very thorough and informative. I haven't had to wait past my appointment times, and have actually been seen early for both of my appointments. I've been impressed with my experiences and I would recommend this office to others. more

I have always had a good experience 10/18/2016

I have been a patient of Dr. Reeds office for almost 2 years. I have never met him, but I always see his PA, Jie Chen. I think she is professional, thorough and dedicated to helping patients. If I don't understand something, I ask for clarification. I have always had a good experience at my office visits. I never feel rushed, and the staff is courteous. When you are called into the exam room, a medical assistant goes over a standard list of questions & they verify your pharmacy info. I am pleased with all the staff at this Quincy Office. I have had some rushed appts, experienced rude staff, and felt like a number at another local dermatologist office which is why I switched to Dr. Reed's office. more

Doctor Reed is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. He listens intently and offers lots of advice and input, and he gives you a thorough understanding of what you need and what he recommends. Other dermatologists I have consulted in the past have all basically told me "live with it, you have fair skin, that's how it is, you'll get spots and freckles, sorry". Dr. Reed told me exactly what each spot was, why I had it, and gave me several options for treatment. And he was legitimately compassionate and understanding about my squeamishness and low pain tolerance. Love him already. more
