Brad was great and very professional. His presentation was low key but thorough. He was punctual on both visits and he installed our blind in 20 minutes. One slat arrived broken but he is replacing it and not charging us our final payment until it is fixed. Nice guy and really good work. Price was great and it's guaranteed for 5 years. We would use him again in a minute-great experience.
