Review content:
I went to Gentle Family Dentistry a couple of times and though I found the staff to be friendly and warm, I didn't get quite the same feeling from the dentist. In fact, the one time I had to take my young children with me and they sat quietly in the room while I was having my work done. Once they both stood up from their little chairs though they did not move from that spot right in front of their seats and he told them, very sternly in a tone that I didn't appreciate, to sit back down. I was not at all pleased with that and decided right then that I definitely would not be taking my children to him. To me, he was ok but not overly personable, which is important to me since I absolutely detest having dental work done to begin with. Another drawback is that he did not offer any discount for customers who are not insured which I've heard that some other local dentists do and then once I did have coverage, he did not accept my insurance.
