Review content:
I've always had a hard time with repair shops as I've been taken advantage of in the past. I have learned my lesson and took the initiative to learn more about cars. I'm much more cautious about the way I approach any car repair shop and am sensitive to the way I'm treated by the staff. Some shops see a woman walk in the door and their eyes light up with dollar signs. Not this place. They were friendly, courteous, honest, straightforward, timely, and very fair-priced. They fixed my problem without trying to convince me to buy other services that I didn't need, they treated me like a real person, and my bill was actually less than what I was quoted! Even after one visit, I know this is the shop for me from now on.
