Review content:
1. I contracted with ALL STATE VAN LINES RELOCATION LLC (estimate # 11423401-06) to provide moving service from Union City,TN. to Bridgeport,WV 26330. The contract was to be held by a $950.38 cent ACH Deposit from my checking account. The balance of $942.14 was to be paid to the delivery driver once he delivered my household goods to the new place in West Virginia. On 9/7/2016 the ACH my account for $950.38 + $950.38 and as of 9/16/2016 I have not been refunded the $950.38 to pay to the driver. I was told that I would have to cough up the $950 for the driver while All State Worked on a refund to me. Basically, they get to hold my $950 and I need to find the extra cash to pay, rather than them consider me paid and full and them pay their drivers.
2. The binding contract was for delivery between 9/12/2016 and 9/16/2016; as of 9/16/2016 @ 5:52 PM EST I have not received my delivery. Further, I just spoke with All State Van Lines and they stated the delivery/dispatch company (VIP MOVERS, LLC) has just advised them it would be Tuesday, Sept 20th, 2016 at the earliest before they can make delivery.
3. I have to be in business dress clothing and at my new job on 9/19. All State Van Lines has all my belongings packed up and has not made delivery of my goods,so that I can be dressed and at work.
Yet still All State Van Lines still wants me to be patient for the delivery, pay their driver in full and me wait for a refund. Better yet get this they called to say I owe an extra $245 cause my boxes was 400lbs over weight.
Not happy at all. Filing my complaints with them, then with American Movers Association,DOT & Interstate Commerce Commission and last but not least my attorney for further resolution.
