I just wanted to take the time to tell anyone who has to invest in a new Central Air/Heat system in their home should really consider Precision. An investment like this was a huge decision for our family and a sacrifice. I researched 8 companies and compared prices and everyone was all over the map. Once I sent follow up questions to each business some choose not to respond and others told me what I wanted to hear. Once I asked them to put it on paper then the story was different. Precision was the only company that responded and explained and was willing to put it on paper. I eventually went with them as even the other big name hitters were flaky in the bidding process. Don't even get me started on Home Depot which works with ARS as the installer, that was a nightmare. In the end we got a really good product and I personally feel with a reputable company. The installers Joel and James did a wonderful job and answered my many questions through out the install. They even had help later in the day to expedite the install with Sergio and Shawn. They were all professional and respectful of my home. All in all it was a great experience with a fair price.
