The whole process in Dealing with ARS was exceptional. Our AC went out on a Tuesday afternoon. that night, Jim from ARS came out and diagnosed the problem which was a bad compressor. The unit was well past it's life span, so we decided to replace it. The next morning, Armando, an ARS comfort advisor came to our house and explained our options and worked with us on pricing. He was able to schedule the install for the next day, with ARS installation specialist, Dave Thomas. Dave arrived right at the time he said he would, immediately got to work and did a fantastic job completing the install. He put down tarps in the house to make sure no dirt was brought in on the floors, was extremely thorough in the install process and took me through all of the things he completed at the end of the install. i was extremely impressed with his knowledge/ability and I would highly recommend Dave and the entire ARS team to my friends and neighbors.
