I have to say that I very rarely give reviews, its just not my thing, but I thought that in this case it may make someone who's feeling apprehensive feel more at ease.
After a bad hail storm in my area several roofing companies started going door to door claiming that they could install a new roof and help get it approved and paid for through your insurance company.
Well lets face it, thanks to media you only hear about the scammers out there and hardly ever hear about the legit businesses so to say my guard was up would be and understatement.
The first two people that came to my door I would not even talk to based solely on their sloppy and unprofessional appearance, then Dynasty showed up. Dan was very professional and personable, you could tell that he was a sales professional and not some clown handing out door tags.
Now even though I said good things about Dan I still was not feeling all that trusting so after he left I got on the internet and started checking business licenses and seeing if building permits had been opened by Dynasty. Everything checked out, they had in fact completed several roofs in my area so I felt better, and they did help with the insurance company.
I was debating on whether or not to gave four or five stars because my install got pushed back twice but in the end I realized that we had been having a lot of very bad storms and the crews simply could not get on the roofs and that causes a back log, safety first!
What really impressed me was once the crew showed they worked hard and smart, they new how to do their job and did not take short cuts.
A very professional team!
