Hats off to Matt and Guy who replaced my ceiling fan in a difficult position (split-level townhouse with fan above entry mid-way up two flights of stairs on a small landing).
Matt was primary here - taking all the risk, and making me dizzy just watching him stand on the very top of the ladder to reach the ceiling. He knew what he was doing and quickly assembled and installed this fan under difficult conditions.
Before work began I was advised of the cost and that was what it was.
