I stopped in to drop off a floor steamer for repair, it's still under warranty and the manufacturer advised me to take it here. I'm glad they did! Karen was so friendly and very helpful, within a few minutes of chatting she picked up on my interest in chemical-free cleaning. They have some great ""less-toxic"" cleaning products, not to mention so many many different vacuums, vacuum bags, sewing machines, etc. She quickly demo'ed one of their vacuums as we were chatting about chemical free carpet cleaning to show me the power it has and how it would lower the need of carpet shampooing. She also mentioned that they do free repair estimates. So nice to know there's a repair/supply shop for vacuums and sewing machines, I'd much rather repair things than add to the landfill and I'd much rather give my business to a local store than to walmart.
