Review content:
A response to Matthew L.'s bad review.\r \r Cunningham Shanor requested that the customer call the police immediately, the customer refused to do so. We requested that the employee be charged, however we as the employer could not do so because the customer would not press charges and they were the victim. The employee was terminated. The customer received a refund of all monies paid and the property was recovered and returned to the customer. There exists records of letters and phone calls made to the customer in an attempt to resolve the issue. The customer filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. All actions by both parties were reviewed under the scrutiny of the Better Business Bureau and they have now closed the case and consider the matter resolved. Cunningham Shanor does in fact do complete background checks and drug testing on their employees however when a customer refuses to press charges against an individual as in this case, there is no criminal record to be found.
