I have been a client for 10 years- and this is the last time I will ever come here. From the rudeness of the staff, incompetency of the insurance billers and the sheer lack of customer service, this business is not worth supporting. Have I mentioned that they charge $15 to transfer your records ELECTRONICALLY if you decide you no longer want to put up with their lack of care? The Dr. refused to make a call to my specialist in regards to my care, ordered treatment for the wrong tooth (um, implant- BIG mistake),....and this is after my previous denstist left and they never bothered to tell me. Truly my loss since they stuck me with a certifiable moron who couldn't be bothered to say "Hello!" when we first met. With the way they go thru staff and quality dentists...well, you fill in the blanks. Please, do yourself a favor, while convenient to have your root canal done in the same office you can get a cleaning, find a better dentist. This place has gone so amazingly downhill in just the pa
