Review content:
We lost our dog, Chloe, today, and although it was an awful thing, the staff at Dr. Bill's was so kind and compassionate, it helped us get through the difficult task of putting her to sleep. I had to go there with my two young children in tow, as my husband was out of town, and the staff took them to another room, blew up glove balloons for them, and let them play with the kittens. It was so helpful to me to know that they were okay while I said good-bye to our dog. The doctor cried with me and hugged me, which was so unbelievably kind. I can't say enough about what a wonderful bedside manner they have, in addition to the excellent care they give.
