I've consulted the experts at Cornwell twice in the last year. Both times their advice was on the money - the first time I was advised to purchase a part and I was walked through a DIY which saved me a chunk. The second time, Jake was at our house and saved us from buying a new fridge with a quick fix. To top it off, he called me back the next day to check that everything was working properly. My Mom has used Cornwell for decades - my Dad is anarchitect and they know their appliances and their service providers and they have also been very satisfied.
