I""ve been a customer of Cornwell Appliance for more than twenty-seven years. Needless to say all of our appliances were purchased and installed by them. Their customer service is extraordinary. Recently we purchased a dishwasher from them and Jake was so helpful in working with us to purchase the quietest model possible. A few years ago we purchased a used refrigerator from them for storage of extra food items. Not only was the price satisfactory but the condition of the appliance excellent. I recommend this appliance store to friends and family alike. more

Extremely satisfied 7/31/2013

I've consulted the experts at Cornwell twice in the last year. Both times their advice was on the money - the first time I was advised to purchase a part and I was walked through a DIY which saved me a chunk. The second time, Jake was at our house and saved us from buying a new fridge with a quick fix. To top it off, he called me back the next day to check that everything was working properly. My Mom has used Cornwell for decades - my Dad is anarchitect and they know their appliances and their service providers and they have also been very satisfied. more

Experts that don't charge like they are experts 4/9/2011

The people who work here don't just give you what you ask for, because they really do know more than we do who depend on their expertise. They give you the parts and knowhow for repairs yourself instead of paying some yahoo that doesn't care. \r \r I feel they are down to earth and VERY fair, in not even inexpensive. I hope they make enough to stay in business a LONNNG time! more

Absolutely the BEST place to buy your appliances. They have the best repairmen in the Capital District. I've been doing business there for many years and recommend them highly. I like to support local businesses. more

Amazing service and quality at Cornwell Appliance 9/20/2005

Cornwell Appliance is a family owned business. They understand their products and their customers. They will know how to fix any problem you might have with your home appliances. The people are friendly and always willing to listen to the problem(s) you are having. As one of their costumers you are family. . They are always on time. The prices are fair for the quality of service they provide. If there is a big red truck outside your house with Cornwell Appliance across the side, you know you are in good hands. more
