Review content:
When we first rented they were really nice and answered all of our questions. Now that we have lived in our apartment for over 8 months now, we have never once had contact with the home owner. We were told that after our 6 month inspection we would be in contact with someone to come fix a few wear and tear issues and no one ever showed up. We were also told that if we had a good review on the inspection we could get a pet, now they're saying we can't get one without hearing from the owner of the property. I just don't understand how a property management company can (A) not repair the things they say they will and (B) not get ahold of the person I am paying to rent from... I don't know how it is at other management companies, but I can't wait to find out!
