This is a poor excuse of a groomer. We brought our dogs here since our regular groomer didn't have an opening for a month. WISH WE NEVER DID!! I brought in a Labradoodle, Shih Tzu and a Havanese. What we got back were THREE POODLES!!!!!! We specifically told them not to cut our labradoodle in a poodle cut and they did! These people don't have a f*ck*ing clue how to follow instructions or they just don't give a crap. I'm so angry!!!\r

Their fur will grow back, but that does not give them the excuse to cut off all the waterfall fur tail for our labradoodle or cut my Shih Tzu's beautiful flowing ears down to skin. This place is beyond horrible and I don't recommend it to anyone!!! THEY SUCK.\r

April from Abraxus just called me back. They voided the transaction so I won't have to pay for it BUT!!! She said they'll never groom our dogs again... well, duh, do you think I'm coming back? Then she said she warned other groomers in the area not to groom our pups or if they did, to be careful. WTF??? So they bad mouth us and defame our name because they did a shit job on our pets?? DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!! Go see Suzanne at Creekside Animal Hospital instead.
