Review content:
This was a terrible place with dogs outside in the snow and a stench so morbid any pet owner should turn right around a run! An appointment had been set to groom the cat - the front door elderly woman was incredibly abrupt and disrespectful and amazing unhelpful. The lady in scrubs didn't say hello but instead stated everything they wouldn't do rather than confirming the grooming appointment and telling me by what time the cat would be ready to pick up. Upon leaving, the ragged frayed chain link fence (pictures taken) tore a huge hole in my shoes to which the management told me the owner would immediately be in touch. This of course didn't happen until several calls and reminders days later. Upon picking the cat up nothing had been done to satisfaction or specification and they overcharged my credit card as an additional stab in the back. The call with the owner days later consisted of them failing to admit guilt, offer any form of compensation and merely stated ""too bad"" when the question was posited on what they could do - to at least fix the broken gate. I fear that people are being ripped off, treated poorly and are going to a place that is unfit for any animal. What a horrible place.
