The set up: From Dallas, traveling, third party trailer tosses hunk of metal, I hit it and trash my new Firestone FR380 tire. Off to Family Tire I go and they could have given me the old "out of towner" treatment. Instead; The Outcome: These Guys ROCK! I'm in, they have the exact tire, I have a seat in the waiting area (looks more like a living room) and have a coffee while watching FOX on the big flat screen! Life is better already!. They get me fixed up, put the spare back under the 99 Ols Silhouette where it belongs and ring me up. I paid over $300 for two of these tires, after the discount, in Leesburg Florida not 3000 miles ago! Total cost out the door at Family Tire was under $100 for the one I had to replace. You do the math! Polite, professional, fast and an excellent VALUE! I would recommend this tire store to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
