Took van in for alignment. $ 49. They said it needed upper and lower ball joint replace both sides.$ 600. When I came to pick it up they claimed that the camber was slightly out but that was not adjustable. I would not use again. You might want to check and see the role on ball joints in camber. The ball joints define the suspension tower angle. more

The set up: From Dallas, traveling, third party trailer tosses hunk of metal, I hit it and trash my new Firestone FR380 tire. Off to Family Tire I go and they could have given me the old "out of towner" treatment. Instead; The Outcome: These Guys ROCK! I'm in, they have the exact tire, I have a seat in the waiting area (looks more like a living room) and have a coffee while watching FOX on the big flat screen! Life is better already!. They get me fixed up, put the spare back under the 99 Ols Silhouette where it belongs and ring me up. I paid over $300 for two of these tires, after the discount, in Leesburg Florida not 3000 miles ago! Total cost out the door at Family Tire was under $100 for the one I had to replace. You do the math! Polite, professional, fast and an excellent VALUE! I would recommend this tire store to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

This company is the biggest RIP OFF! They tell you that you need all these repairs done to your vehicle when in fact you don't, they just want to jack your bill up. They are not customer friendly if you disagree with them. Alot of their staff is not well trained upfront except when it comes to ripping you off. The FAMILY is on the same program when it comes to that. more
