This would by no means be the best choice to get your bike fixed, and definitely not the best place to purchase a bike. I brought my bike in here one time, and watched a mechanic blow a hole in my tire changing a spoke, and then he charged me for it saying something like "these things sometimes happen." He screwed a spoke nipple the wrong direction, and blew up the tube! Either learn how to fix a bike yourself or do anything you can to find a more honest shop. These guys have a monopoly so they can do anything they want once you hand your bike and credit card over to them.\r

Also, if you don't know anything about bikes do some research! This shop's top selling bike is a relatively new, cheap, poorly manufactured, but good selling bike. They will make all of their bikes sound better than they really are, and with this one in particular, its like taking candy from a baby. Again, just do some research before buying ANYTHING from them. Most of their prices are too high, and they will say
