I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and service provided at the Bloutville Airport Pet Emergency Clinic. I am not from this area and when I called for directions they sent me 70 miles out of my way. Finallyt after I called the third time I got someone else on the phone and they told me that I was going in this wrong direction. Once I got there the vet did not have anything to say about my dogs condition. She just simply didn't know what to do about it. She (welch) just gave my dog an antiflamatory and told us that's all she could do. No sugestions for xray or other tests. Than when her assistant was explaining the bill to me she said that I was not going to be charged the $80 exam fee. I thought that's nice since they gave me wrong directions twice. But then she realized she had the wrong bill and returned with mine which was more than twice as much and had the exam fee. This was highly unprofessional. I will never go back there ever again and suggest others to see
