On Saturday evening at 6 pm, my shih tsu was attacked by my neighbors dog in our yard. It took two adults to get the other dog off of him. He was violently shaken by the neck and was bleeding from the bite. Immediately we called them, then drove to the emergency hospital. My dog was in "very" bad shape (and so was I from the trauma). They told us on the phone that Santana would be taken back if he was bleeding and they were true to their word. They examined him, brought us an estimate for his care of $600 which we agreed to and they performed emergency surgery after getting his pain under control. We even got to let him recover from surgery that night at home. It was a little scary because he had four drain tubes. By Sunday morning, I was scared one of the tubes was draining blood and not infection, etc. I called them and they told me for my peace of mine to bring him back at no charge. They cleaned him up and gave me a good report. This was two days ago and in another day
