After $100's of dollars in tests on my dog at this clinic I went to the U of M and got a terminal cancer diagnosis with a medication plan for a quality end of life and yet I knew it was already too late to help her.. My spouce was so freaked out he went there looking for help for my dog and they sold him medications I already had when they knew she was dieing and he was NEVER identified in their office as the animals owner. They should NEVER have sold meds to anyone other than the animals owner and when I called them on this lack of protical it was a DEAL WITH IT SITUATION. I needed my family to get right with the idea of letting her go as her suffering was ripping me apart and selling my spouce meds harmed me and my dog. We put her down there and received a condolance card. Today 3/30/10 I got a card in the mail telling me it is time to bring her in for annual shots. She was my very best friend and my grief has been intense. You do the math but I will never go there again.
