their service is lousy. I was told I would be picked up within 30 minutes. I called for a status at 45 minutes and was told to wait another 30. I asked why am I watching empty rapid rover vans drive by and I was sent to the supervisor who proceeded to ask me if I still wanted a ride. Having no choice I am still stuck here an hour later. The supervisor then hung up on me.\r
