Review content:
Hate these people right now. Made a verbal contract for private van to transport me and my family home from PHL airport. Got there and was told rudely, "Nope. We can put other people in with you so we will. You'll have to share." I guess a verbal contract is worthless when there is money to be made. Now I am sitting with my 3 small kids stuck on a 2 hr ride that was supposed to be 40 min long. It is after 11pm and home is nowhere in sight.
