Review content:
I am a huge proponent of providing positive feedback when I receive great service. This is NOT one those cases. On the contrary! I was in your salon last week and have never been treated in such a poor, unproffessional fashion in my life. From the moment I walked in the door it was a horrible experience that I will regret for the next 3 - 4 years (the amount of time it will take to outgrow the damage you caused in 15 ill fated minutes). \r

Starting with the woman behind the desk with the gray, dutch-boy haircut who kept me waiting 20 minutes while she wrapped up a personal call just to say "oh I thought you were a sales person". To the stylist bitching about what a "bad day it's been" for him. Customer service lesson 101 - as clients, we don't care about YOUR issues.
