Absolutely Cool Inc. has been an excellent company to work with and overall I am very satisfied with the work they have done for me. The service technician Ben came out and showed up around 11PM for a late service call and stayed past midnight to sight the source of the issue. He ordered the parts and they didn't come till Monday, but that morning he came back out the finish the job and the company didn't charge us a dime for the service call due to the fact that we had recently just bought an A/C unit off of them. I was extremely happy with the customer service we received during this minor issue, everyone was very patient and courteous in their demeanor and left me feeling re-assured about the job that was done. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anybody else in the local area or in the market for a reliable HVAC company with timely and professional results. I have been happily satisfied with the nature of these folks work and I believe most other people would be as well.
