Excellent service 9/2/2014

Absolutely Cool has put in a unit in one house, checked and repaired another unit on a condo and repaired another home air-conditioner. All three were professional, timely and proactive. Gary Niehaus more

Great Experience Overall 8/25/2014

I've been using Absolutely Cool for about 12 years. I continue to use them because the guys that service my AC unit are really good workers. They usually send someone out twice a year to make sure everything is going well with my AC. Recently, a new person has been coming, but he is friendly and can usually answer anything. I would recommend their services. more

Absolutely Cool Inc. has been an excellent company to work with and overall I am very satisfied with the work they have done for me. The service technician Ben came out and showed up around 11PM for a late service call and stayed past midnight to sight the source of the issue. He ordered the parts and they didn't come till Monday, but that morning he came back out the finish the job and the company didn't charge us a dime for the service call due to the fact that we had recently just bought an A/C unit off of them. I was extremely happy with the customer service we received during this minor issue, everyone was very patient and courteous in their demeanor and left me feeling re-assured about the job that was done. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anybody else in the local area or in the market for a reliable HVAC company with timely and professional results. I have been happily satisfied with the nature of these folks work and I believe most other people would be as well. more

Absolutely Cool Inc. installed a new A/C unit for me in a house that I just purchased. A new A/C system installation was in the contract when I bought the house and the previous owner hired Absolutely Cool to do the work for me. I don't know if I would have used them otherwise but I was very satisfied with their service. They were very prompt and the A/C unit works just fine. more

Courteous and prompt service 7/18/2014

Absolutely Cool Inc. was very prompt and courteous. Our air-conditioner broke, and the person who came and looked at it told us what was wrong and ordered the part two days later. They put it in as soon as they received the part. I would highly recommend them to others. more

Best A/C company in Sebring 10/21/2011

Absolutely Cool is hands down the best A/C company in Highlands County. They installed a high efficiency air conditioner in my home and my power bills decreased significantly. The technician was not only friendly but very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them to all my friends and family. more
