Took my old BSA magneto to Philbins in April,2014. After harrassing Tony for 8 months he finally said it was done on December 23, 2014. Way over charged, $500, but said it was rewound & in good shape.\r
I sent it down to engine shop to complete the rebuild only to be told it literally fell apart & the armature was nor rebuilt and I'd wasted my money. \r
