Took my old BSA magneto to Philbins in April,2014. After harrassing Tony for 8 months he finally said it was done on December 23, 2014. Way over charged, $500, but said it was rewound & in good shape.\r I sent it down to engine shop to complete the rebuild only to be told it literally fell apart & the armature was nor rebuilt and I'd wasted my money. \r Buyer beware more

Distributor rebuild 9/15/2009

I had Philbin MFG rebuild my 1964 Chevy V8 distributor and they did a great job and it looked like new at the time of pick up. Though they could have installed it for me, I installed an after-market Pertronix Electronic Ignition and fitted it in the distributor and it works great in my 1964 Chevy Malibu Convertible. Philbin was recommended to me by other local businesses and they are listed nationally in many auto magazines/ads. I highly recommend them!! Pros: Rebuilt to new! more
