BEWARE!!!! I rate this company zero stars but in order to review I had to choose at least one star. Do not use this company if you have any plumbing or air problems in your home. This company preys on the vulnerability of it's customers. We had a plumbing issue that involved the air system of the house and just for the plumbing part Five Star quoted us at over $11,000 which is three times more expensive then two other companies we received quotes from. I did not appreciate the high-pressure sales associate that tried to convince me I "needed" a whole new HVAC system. When my family was not able to live at home me due to the plumbing and air issues we were relying on individuals to get the job done in a timely manner as well as a cost effective solution. This company has done only harm to our house as we now have another air issue that involves what they "fixed"-- yet they won't come inspect without charging a service fee!!!!!! Might I add that the part they replaced on the HVAC unit costs around $39 yet they charged over $500 for the job. Very disappointed in this company and the poor customer service.
