I had an emergency toilet blockage that needed to be fixed on Sunday Dec 4, 2011. After working on it for two hours, I called in the professionals.
Michelle was an outstanding customer service person on the phone. She even called me back to tell me that the technician would be a little late arriving due to another job. That was great!!!
The technician Andy corrected my issue quickly and professionally. He also gave me a lot of value-added information that will be useful in the future. Invoice # 16479536
