Patrick G has all the elements that you look for, in a service tech. He called in advance of arriving, which was an "on time" appt. He used shoe covers in the home, and advised in advance, the tests he intended to conduct, so you knew when it was going to get both hot and cold in the house. Upon service completion, he recapped the overall condition of the system, and suggested items to improve the air quality of the system. Lastly, we scheduled the next scheduled system review, even though it's 6 months away.
