Don't ever Book with them they showed up a day late cost us another day rent to landlord. When they got to our new place all my large boxes were smashed and ripped I was missing my stuff .when we called them they checked with the drivers they did not try to see it on the truck so I guess gave it to someone else . A piece of my furniture was broken , our desk chair was missing a wheel our utility cart was missing a wheel ,even my totes had broken handles.Lucy talked to us on the phone and made us feel so confident that our stuff would get from one state to another in one piece. Every time we tried to call there no one would call us back we had to leave so many messages . My advice to you would be move yourself or call Someone else.
