I have had wonderful experiences with service people before, but I MUST say that Sam who installed our garage door opener has by far, been the BEST!!! He was courteous, knowledgeable and....went above and beyond to explain everything he was doing and how every thing works. He gave us some tips about maintenance and should a,b,c happen, how to rectify the situation. He also explained that the logic board should not have gone bad in a year and we should take it up with Craftsman and WE WILL, since we were without a garage door opener for 2 years . I would highly recommend Sam to anyone purchasing a sears garage door opener. He informed us of procedures we were not aware of with our last Cratman garage door opener. Thank you for this wonderful individual. I surely pray he receives a raise, for he is one heck of a HARD WORKER!!!! Joanne and Ted Pedryc
