I am generally leary of contractors and am very cautious dealing with them. No worries, if you choose to go with Sid Christensen. He is nice, knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and does a fine job. It hardly ever rains in San Diego, but recently there were rain storms and we discovered numerous leaks throughout our home. All 4 of our skylights and underlayment needed to be replaced on our terra cotta tile roof. Sid Christensen prepared a quote, was within budget and on schedule. His workers did a great job and neatly cleaned up the premises upon completion. We now have peace of mind that our house will be nice and dry on the next one. We trust his warranty and know he will return if we discover any problems with his work. We will recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Sid, Thank you for a fabulous job!
