I was able to book an appt in 3 weeks with Dr Johnston! Compared to over a year wait with other Drs in Roanoke!! I found the staff to be most courteous and professional. Dr Johnston is also professional, courteous, shows just the right amount of concern & empathy. He diagnosed my issue right of the bat, explained condition, answered my questions thoroughly, prescribed medication and follow up appt. One month later condition is 90% improved, and at follow up he seemed genuinely pleased with the progress. Said he expected it would be entirely better in a couple of weeks, if not, to call his office. I am very comfortable and happy with his treatment and follow up Perfect! Direct, efficient and proper diagnosis Thank YOU!!!
