I had my first visit at River Ridge Dermatology yesterday, December 20th, and had a very pleasant experience. From the time I arrived until I walked out the door to leave,I was made to feel like a family member. I think they would be a perfect fit for anyone seeking Dermatology services of any kind. more

Excellent experience 12/16/2016

I walked in at 10:00am and asked if they had an appt. in the next 2 weeks for a general body scan. They had an opening that day at 3:45, that I took. As a first time patient who took a last minute opening, I knew I might be seeing a PA or NP. Nope; Dr. Brown performed a complete examination, did on short "freeze treatment", and took the time to answer all my questions. She and her staff were very pleasant, complete, and competent. They provided additional information on sunscreen products and allowed me to sample some of the products they recommend and sell. It was an overall very enjoyable experience. more

Very friendly staff, Very clean and comforting office. Dr Brown is professional and the best... Appointment was at 1:30, was taken in on time and examined and out of the office by 2:15. Great visit. more

Excellent Dermatology Practice! 10/25/2016

From the moment I entered the office until my appointment was completed, I was treated with dignity and respect. The courtesy extended to me by all was phenomenal! Best experience I've had with a doctor! 10/12/2016

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at River Ridge Dermatology. I called as a new patient and couldn't believe I was able to get an appointment that same day. I honestly think it was the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office. My total wait time was less than 15 minutes, the staff was friendly and my doctor was wonderful. She explained my condition, the treatments and she took pictures each visit so I could visually follow my results. Her kindness and genuine concern also helped set me at ease. more

I was so pleased with both of my recent appointments with Dr. Brown. She and her staff were very friendly; I felt at ease as soon as I signed in at the front desk. And, I was amazed that I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for either appointment! Dr. Brown took care of my medical needs very quickly, and I found I was out the door and on my way to Starbuck's in no time! more

not a long waiting time to be seen, Dr Johnston was very comfortable to talk to and listened very well to my needs. there is no hassel getting appt. and i'm spreading the word to all I can. All staff were very courteous. Keep up the good work! more

Great Dermatologist in Roanoke, VA 7/27/2016

I was able to book an appt in 3 weeks with Dr Johnston! Compared to over a year wait with other Drs in Roanoke!! I found the staff to be most courteous and professional. Dr Johnston is also professional, courteous, shows just the right amount of concern & empathy. He diagnosed my issue right of the bat, explained condition, answered my questions thoroughly, prescribed medication and follow up appt. One month later condition is 90% improved, and at follow up he seemed genuinely pleased with the progress. Said he expected it would be entirely better in a couple of weeks, if not, to call his office. I am very comfortable and happy with his treatment and follow up Perfect! Direct, efficient and proper diagnosis Thank YOU!!! more
