Beginning with the dispatcher (Terry?) on a hot Sunday morning who responded to the urgency of my request, she found Walter who came at the promised and expertly diagnosed the problem. He explained the issues with my AC and got the system working again. He returned the next day to complete the necessary work. I was very pleased with the timely response I received and the work that was done.
