First off, I think it's important to note that I was a female walking into a car center. My family used to have a car garage, so I have some background knowledge. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was impressed with how the team greeted me. They were able to get me in immediately, and thoroughly addressed everything else I needed to get done on my car. One item was my breaks, which I totally knew needed to be done... they were great at talking through each line item and explaining. Additionally, they got me in first thing the next morning to finish the job. I never felt they were just trying to ""sell"" me on getting things done, as they even talked through what was a priority and what could wait. Friendly staff, quick service, and understands we are all on budgets! Highly recommend.
