Review content:
We bought a new home, and it has 4 units within the building that we rent out. We had an issue with the sewer line backing up into the basement and causing water problems in all the units. It happened late in the evening. We called several different plumbers, and we got the most efficient and fastest response to our inquiry from Pride Plumbing.
Because other rental units were involved we couldn't wait. They said they would be there in a certain amount of time, and Ross came Johnny-on-the-spot, right away. He took a look and was very confident about the issue. I didn't feel like he was propping us up with a lot of extra explanation. He told us what the problem was and how to fix it. We said okay, so he set up shop.
He was very clean. He put down padding so that he wouldn't make a mess, and he went right to work. He fixed the situation, and none of the tenants were too inconvenienced. Ross was as nice as could be. He is now on our permanent list as our plumber because he did a great job. I was very comfortable with him.
