I found Pride Plumbing online when I was looking for a plumber with excellent reviews. After reading several positive customer reviews I gave them a call to assist with a leak behind our kitchen sink. We called them on a Sunday and they immediately picked up the phone and we discussed the issue. We were offered the option of them coming on Sunday (for an additional fee) or first thing Monday morning. The man on the phone said we would be fine to wait and to minimize use of the sink until then (our choice, but he was willing to come Sunday if we wanted). On Monday, Steve Clark arrived and was courteous, took the time to explain the issue and it was clear that he had a great deal of experience with similar issues. The leak had caused some mold damage so he referred us to a mold remediation service that he trusted. He knew we had a toddler in the home and encouraged us to have it checked out and thoroughly inspected. I felt we were in good hands and was happy to have the issue fixed less than 24 hrs later upon discovering the leak. I will definitely use them again in the future.
