I was a bit frantic Saturday 10:30 pm - water heater was leaking! Qk research after turning off the water into tank, and found coupon in phone book (as my plumber had retired). Spoke with Pride on Sunday and arranged for Monday AM. They called earlier than expected so we started earlier. Agreed to estimate (as I'd done some research- internet + friends) - plus had an unusual problem having to move gas piping to get tank out which knew would add to cost. Work moved quickly, cleanly, and Brian educated me on the mechanicals. He also checked a couple other items out for me (water filter, etc), and when his work was done (bleeding the water and gas pipes AND putting the pop-out door back in where the tank lives), he relit the fireplace and walked me through everything. We ended up signing up as a club member to gain priority and improved pricing, and that was applied to today's job, which made the annual club price a real value - in addition to the coupon. Brian stayed to inspect the entire house -- 25 years here and all plumbing is the original -- so we have some projects coming up, and Brian's firm (hopefully Brian) will help us through all that. Provided some recommendations and estimates which really helped. I'm very, very happy and will recommend Pride to my friends. Thank you again, and off to shower! Laurie Mahoney
