Mike did a great job inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing our AC. He was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained what he was looking for and working on all along the way. He discussed prices before he did any work. He made recommendations for future needs. He called his office and set up a follow up appointment for some parts that needed to be replaced/added. He discussed the prices of those items as well. I highly this company.
